Organizations & Locations

Section titled “What is an organization?”An organization represents your business within FullDay. It contains your locations, services, specialists, clients, bookings, subscriptions, and organization-wide settings.

Why would I create multiple locations?
Section titled “Why would I create multiple locations?”Multiple locations allow one organization to manage several business sites from a single platform. Each location can have its own business hours, pricing, specialists, and availability.
Can different locations have different business hours?
Section titled “Can different locations have different business hours?”Yes. Business hours are managed independently for each location, allowing every site to operate on its own schedule.
Can locations have different pricing?
Section titled “Can locations have different pricing?”Yes. Services support location-specific pricing, allowing the same service to have different prices at different locations.

Services & Scheduling
Section titled “Services & Scheduling”Why isn’t a service available for online booking?
Section titled “Why isn’t a service available for online booking?”A service is available only when the scheduling engine can find a valid combination of service, location, specialist, and available time that satisfies your scheduling rules.
Why can’t clients see available appointment times?
Section titled “Why can’t clients see available appointment times?”Availability is calculated using business hours, specialist shifts, scheduling rules, and existing bookings. If any requirement is not met, that time is not offered.
Can multiple specialists provide the same service?
Section titled “Can multiple specialists provide the same service?”Yes. A service can be assigned to multiple specialists. FullDay automatically considers every qualified and available specialist when calculating appointment availability.
How is appointment availability calculated?
Section titled “How is appointment availability calculated?”Availability is generated in real time by evaluating services, locations, specialists, business hours, scheduling rules, and existing bookings together.

Bookings
Section titled “Bookings”What’s the difference between Booking Portal and Booking Management?
Section titled “What’s the difference between Booking Portal and Booking Management?”The Booking Portal is where clients book appointments online. Booking Management is where your team creates, updates, and manages bookings internally. Both use the same scheduling engine and real-time availability.

Does availability update automatically?
Section titled “Does availability update automatically?”Yes. Whenever a booking is created, updated, cancelled, or rescheduled, availability is recalculated immediately across the platform.
Can staff create bookings manually?
Section titled “Can staff create bookings manually?”Yes. Staff can create appointments directly from Booking Management while using the same scheduling rules that apply to online bookings.
Clients & Forms
Section titled “Clients & Forms”How are forms connected to clients?
Section titled “How are forms connected to clients?”Completed forms become part of the client’s permanent record, allowing documents to be viewed alongside bookings and other client information.
Where are signed documents stored?
Section titled “Where are signed documents stored?”Once completed and signed, documents are stored securely and remain attached to the client’s record for future reference.

Billing & Subscriptions

Section titled “Can I change my subscription plan?”Yes. Organizations can move between available subscription plans as their business needs change.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Section titled “What’s the difference between monthly and annual billing?”Both options include the same platform functionality. Annual billing provides discounted pricing compared to monthly billing.
What does my subscription include?
Section titled “What does my subscription include?”Your subscription determines the features and capacity available to your organization, including supported locations and other plan-specific capabilities.
Reports & Finance
Section titled “Reports & Finance”What information is included in Reports & Finance?
Section titled “What information is included in Reports & Finance?”Reports & Finance provide insights into revenue, cash reconciliation, financial summaries, SMS usage, and other operational metrics generated through daily business activity.
What is cash reconciliation?
Section titled “What is cash reconciliation?”Cash reconciliation compares expected cash with recorded balances to help identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

Integrations

Section titled “What services does FullDay integrate with?”FullDay integrates with external services that support subscription billing, email delivery, and other operational workflows while keeping your business data centralized within the platform.
Where is my business data stored?
Section titled “Where is my business data stored?”Business data—including clients, bookings, services, scheduling, and reports—is managed within FullDay. External providers handle specialized services such as payment processing and email delivery without replacing the platform as your central source of business information.

Customer Support
Section titled “Customer Support”Which channels does Customer Support support?
Section titled “Which channels does Customer Support support?”Email, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages. You connect them under Settings → Integrations → Support channels. Replies go back out on the same channel the customer used.
Does the AI reply to customers on its own?
Section titled “Does the AI reply to customers on its own?”No. AI drafts suggested replies (Reply, Ask for clarification, or Escalate). A person on your team must choose a draft, edit it if needed, and send it.
What is the knowledge base for?
Section titled “What is the knowledge base for?”The knowledge base is a per-organization library of articles and files the AI uses when drafting replies. Add policies, hours, and common answers so suggestions stay accurate.
Who can access the Support inbox?
Section titled “Who can access the Support inbox?”Team members who can view bookings can open the inbox. Team members who can update bookings can reply, change status, and manage AI settings and the knowledge base.
